I think the only Pro rIngs that are around in Sydney (or Australia in general) are those owned by local Federations . . . and I don't think they hire them out. :-(
I've used a boxing ring at a PCYC a few times . . . not sprung like a pro one tho, and you can't bounce off the ropes. :-(
The only other alternative is a padded (wall & ceiling) wrestling room at the Sydney City Steam Room.
I've never used it, but been told it's fun. :-)
Alternatively there are occasionally home made ones that pop up on ebay . . . IF you have the space to install it ! ! ! ! :-)

357/Sydney City Steam has a small wrestling mat room, although not sure what it is like in this Omicron era.
