The backbridge position intensifies gut punching but also increases risks to your back, neck, and abs. If you’re experienced and take precautions, it can be safe, but always listen to your body and stop if needed.
The person punching should gradually increase force instead of going all out from the start.
Use proper technique to avoid hitting the ribs or solar plexus too hard, which can cause serious injuries.
If using weights or objects, start light and gauge your tolerance.
I have punched lots of guys in backbends (or backbreakers if wrestling) before. There is no need to make it dangerous. That is a simple matter of choice.

I can pretty much handle most positions. But if I want to get the most pain ever, I will do the knees bent position. So basically, You lay on your back, knees bent, Your hands are tied behind your back, leaving your entire midsection exposed. You take deep breaths, knowing what’s coming.
The first punch lands—deep, slow, and heavy. You grunt as the force sinks into your tightened abs. Another punch follows, then another, each one deliberate, testing your endurance.
The striker pauses. Suddenly, a medicine ball crashes down onto your stomach, forcing the air from your lungs. It stays there for a moment, pressing down, before being lifted for another round.
Now the tempo increases—rapid punches hammer into your gut, keeping your core burning. Your abs ache, but you’re forced to hold position. Your knees tremble, but you don’t break.
A foot presses down on your stomach, adding deep, crushing pressure. Then a hard stomp. Your body jolts, but you stay in place, absorbing the pain.
Then, a final barrage—fists, knees, maybe even a bat for good measure. Your stomach is red, sore, and throbbing, but you endure every hit, proving your strength.
I can keep taking punches for hours but this position i Can only last for 10 minutes. And I bet everyone does!!
Would love to have my hands cuffed behind me in a chair. Kinda hard to brace or suck anything in in a sitting position like that, it'd keep me wide open. Also always wanted to be straight up tied to a heavy bag lol
Putting him in an over-the-knee back breaker would expose his abs nicely. If you wanted to get a little kinkier, you could do a variation by putting him on a bed, restraining his arms, and piling some pillows under his lower back so he is arched up, exposing his abs for your punches.
I definitely like the idea of tying a guy's wrists TIGHT to the bedpost behind him, so he is in bondage. I would throw any pillows on the floor, to keep his torso stretched out. Then I would pound away at his gut with my bare knuckled fists with fast, hard, DEEP gut slugs. I would make sure that his pants are pulled down to 3 inches BELOW his NAVEL, so I could use it as target. I wouldn't stop until his stomach skin is nicely reddened. After hours of nonstop slugging, I would work his bellybutton HARD with my hands, mouth, tongue and TEETH. 😬Leave marks for him to show off proudly to his next Gutpuncher. Then I would untie his wrists, let him look at his sore, bruised ABS in the mirror, admire the BDSM torture to his abdominals! 👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻👊🏻💥🥵🔥

I semi straddle their shoulders with head and arms between my legs. Gets their midsection nice and stretched out and taunt for some solid punches.

I get to give my friend punches to his stomach for his birthday. this year we are doing a bunch of diff positions for the punches. I was thinking yoga poses, abdominal stretch, full nelson... etc. But was wondering if anyone had any great ideas for diff positions to put him in. thanks
have him mount you with legs around your waist. then from that position have him do crunches/situps starting with his head and arms on the floor, and coming up towards sitting upright face to face with you, with you launching two or stiff punches into his gut halfway on the way up. if he wants more, then have him stop at horizontal on the way up, for two punches, and then continue coming up to 45 degrees where he receives two more punches, before he completes the rep by coming fully up and repeats. or you can add punches on his way down as well, etc. plenty of variations.
Have him stand against a wall, arms outstretched, tie his wrists TIGHT to the wall in bondage. Then "go to work" on his abs...he has no way to resist your fast, hard, DEEP gut slugs while he is in restraints. 👊🏻🥵

On second thought, held stationary in a Full Nelson by a third party of equal or greater size for extra thrills.
Or back braced against a wall or other solid object added to the original two positions. No backing away, nowhere to hide.
