En voilà un gars intéressant !
En dehors du combat il est sympa et agréable.
Mais derrière son sourire discret et paisible se cache un fougueux combattant. ;)
S’il se proclame encore officiellement débutant (ça reste à discuter!), il sait retenir le meilleur de chaque adversaire et sait placer de bonnes prises.
Il est particulièrement engagé et endurant, ne lâche rien et profite de chaque opportunité.
A ce rythme il sera bientôt difficile à suivre...
Totalement recommandé bien sûr !

Dobok and I had a lot of fun at our place while he was visiting town. We did some technical sparring and exchanged strikes. It was great! He knows the material well. Looking forward to the next time.

J’ai déjà rencontré Jow il y a quelques années et ça a été un plaisir de le retrouver.
Il est toujours aussi fort. Musclé, puissant et en forme, il sait compenser notre différence de gabarit et il maîtrise plus de prises qu'il le pense!
Ses ciseaux sont particulièrement redoutables et la puissance de ses bras est impressionnante quand il serre une clé.
En dehors du combat Jow est un hôte très prévenant, sympa et convivial.
A refaire et à recommander!

His fightbackground made it almost impossible to make him to tap... I got my taps out of him eventually, but only because of my weight-advantage on him. He made me tap way moreWhen he had me in his holds, it was almost impossible to get out of it.
We met on very short notice. Was a fun but tough sweaty sunday-workout. Very easygoing. Good to talk to, very friendly nice guy...but be aware if he gets in fightmood ;) Always safe, sane, respecting limits, but definitely a beast who wants to win and doesn't hesitate to show it

2 matches in 2 days!

The profile name Torrnado couldn't be more apt!
He's all smiles and cheeky banter and then we locked up and he hit me like a tornado - a complete whirlwind of strength and quick moves.

Even 85Kgs of me couldn't pin him for very long as he took great delight in proving!

He also has a great bag of gear which show off his tremendous physique.

Totally recommended!

Great that we made this happen, the last attempt was frustrated by my commitments.

Big solid opponent here who likes to be in charge so I had to weave around him to try and stay on top though that didn't alway happen.

A total blast and I hope work brings him this way again, round 2 is a definite must!

I met paul at Barnet on Sunday 17th February group session he a big gentle guy. It was brief roll on the matts. Mabe at some point we meet in the future for a longer match

On this occasion I had 1.1 match with paul at Barnet matroom on Sunday 23rd June he a big guy but I gave my all we both worked hard on the matts i got a few submissions of him. Which he got the same with me. It was a pleasure to wrestle paul and I highly recommend him. I hope we can have another match in near future.

I had an enjoyable time with this beast of a wrestler , even though it was impromptu we had a good 1 hr plus sweaty and rough battle. Swiss75 downplays his assets and skill but on the mat he is tough tough tough, but don’t let that stop you from wrestling him as off the mats he’s a sweetie with charming good looks ! But on the mats .. you have been warned :)

This guy has huge legs and arms, thankfully I had the advantage of longer limbs!

He kindly organised the matroom and we spent several hours wrestling and a bit of time chatting too as he is a very engaging guy.
